§1. General provisions
1.1 I International Neurorehabilitation Symposium on Spastic Paresis and Parkinsonism hereinafter referred to as the Conference will take place at 17-22.05.2015 in Wrocław.

1.3 The provisions of these Regulations constitute an integral part of the Conference Registration Form and apply to all Participants.
1.4 The Conference Participants are doctors and other persons professionally interested in the subject matter of the Conference.
1.5 The official website of the Conference can be found at www.spaspark.pl
1.6 Travel and subsistence expenses shall be covered by Participants themselves.
§2. Terms and conditions of participation
2.1 Participants shall register directly on the Conference website.
2.2 After completion of an online registration form, the message: “Registration successfully completed” should appear. The registration confirmation should be also sent to an e-mail address provided by the Participant’s during registration. If one does not receive one of the above mentioned confirmations, it may mean that the registration process has not been completed due to the equipment fault or internet connection. It shall be the Conference participant’s responsibility to verify whether the registration has been successful.
§3. Prices and terms of payment
3.1 Prices and terms of payment can be checked on the Conference website.
3.2 The Organiser shall issue VAT invoices for entities in accordance with data of persons/institutions making payments unless other VAT invoice recipient has been indicated.
3.3 If no payment shall be made within the time period stipulated on the conference website, the Organiser shall be entitled to withdraw from the agreement without liability for compensation.
3.4 The Participant who has not paid the conference fee within the time period stipulated by the Organiser shall not be allowed to take part in the conference by the Organiser (further information to be found on the Conference subpage in the “Registration” section).
§4. Complaints and resignations
4.1 Any complaints of Conference participants against the Organiser shall be lodged in writing by registered letter at the Organiser’s address. There may be prior notification by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
4.2 Complaints of the Conference Participants may be lodged no later than within 14 days of the conference ending (date as postmarked).
4.3 After the aforementioned period expires no complaints shall be considered.
4.4 Participants shall be entitled to resign from the Conference participation. The Conference Participant’s resignation shall be made in writing.
4.5 In case of the Participant’s resignation from the Conference participation:
§5. Final Provisions
5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to introduce changes to the list of speakers or the Conference programme if necessity arises. In this case, the Participant shall not be entitled to receive compensation from the Organiser.
5.2 The Organiser reserves the right to change the Conference dates due to the reasons beyond the Organiser’s control. In this case, the resignation from the Conference Participation shall proceed on a no-cost basis. The Organiser, however, shall not reimburse any additional costs incurred by the Participant in relation to the Conference.
5.3 Should the Conference not take place due to reasons attributable to the Organiser, the Organiser shall immediately return all the payments paid by Participants to bank accounts indicated by them.
5.4 Should the Conference not take place due to reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, Participants shall not be entitled to receive any compensation or to reimbursement of their Conference fees and any costs of additional services they ordered to be rendered by the Organiser.
5.5 Any disputes arising from participation in the Conference shall be settled by court having jurisdiction over the Organiser’s seat.
5.6 Submitting the registration form via the Conference webpage shall signify the agreement to the provisions of these Regulations and compliance with any other arrangements concluded between the Participant and the Organiser.
5.7 To all matters not settled herein, provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
5.8 In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Dz. U. [Official Journal of Laws] No. 133 of 29 October 1997, item 833), the Participant gives consent to the provision and processing of his or her personal data by Business Service “Galop” or by third parties on behalf and under direct supervision of Business Service “Galop” for the purposes of organised conferences. Data processing shall be conducted in accordance with applicable provisions of law.
5.9 The Organisers shall bear no responsibility for Participants’ belongings that may be lost, damaged or stolen during the Conference.
5.10 Participants shall bear full material liability for damage they cause, both to the premises in which any of the Conference activities take place and at the accommodation site.
5.11 Upon registration as a Participant, one shall be deemed to agree to provisions of these Regulations.
